Our jacks are specifically designed for the off-highway and mining industry. They will lift the largest mining truck in minutes using an air over hydraulic system.

The Jacks are stable and include a safety shut off valve that will stop the vehicle from coming down due to any malfunction or damage to the jack.

TIRE HANDLER for Wheel Loaders and Fork Lifts

Several models of tire / tyre handlers to meet all of your tire / tyre handling needs.  Our tire / tyre handlers are available to accommodate the largest sized tires / tyres available in mining applications and may be installed on your existing forklifts and wheel loaders.

Hydraulic power to operate the tire / tyre handler is sourced from the prime mover and the operator controls the tire / tyre handler using joystick located close to the operator in the operator’s cabin.

Our Hi-Visibility Mast offers the operator an improved view of the tire / tyre handling operation and allows the tire / tyre handler to work in areas where there is a limited amount of space.

This “close-in” feature also provides improved balance to the overall machine.

Additional features available on wheel loader and forklift tire / tyre handlers:

Main Body Rotation: 45 degrees of rotation left and right.
Pad Rotation: 180 degrees or 360 degrees
Side Shift : Available on some models.

Our Tire / Tyre Press facilitates the easy removal of tires / tyres from rims on heavy-duty and off-highway construction and mining equipment tires / tyres. Designed to remove the largest tire / tyre sizes available.Manufactured to the highest standards to substantially reduce the damage to both tires / tyres and rims.
Our remote control function allows to operator to operate the press in a safe and efficient manner thus avoiding injuries.
