the world, and offer a low-cost alternative to most other cable
reeling systems.
WHEEL LOADER MOUNTED
Features
quick reel changes, allows partial cable deployment, all controls
are in the operator's cab, operates using the wheel loader hydraulic
system and is equipped with a line pull safety mechanism.
Can be attached to many sizes of wheel loaders - new or
used.

CABLE REELER OPTIONS
Drum Size - tailored to your cable diameters and lengths.
Cable Connector Stowage - The connectors at both ends of the cable are available for testing.As an alternative, on request, pockets can be built into the drum core to accept the inside connector.
Level Winder - Available in two forms: Synchronized or Manual.
Offset Laying Arm - Offered only in conjunction with level winders, Offset Laying Arms are designed to lay cable on roadside berms away from vehicular traffic and damage.
Our skid mounted energized cable reeler will allow high voltage mining equipment to operate and be moved to another location in the pit when the power cable is energized. The energized cable reeler may be towed behind mining shovels and also mounted on the rear of blasthole drills.
Our energized cable reeler system will allow electrically powered mining equipment to continue to work without de-energizing or disconnecting the power, thereby reducing downtime and increasing safety to mine personnel.
In the case of a mining shovel, the reeler is designed to allow the shovel operator to pick up the cable reeler assembly and move the complete cable reeler assembly and the shovel at the same time. Assistance by other mine personnel is not required. Visibility of the cable reeler by the operator is excellent
During the relocation process, the cable is wound onto the cable reeler as required - this cable winding process is a wireless system and the process is controlled by the shovel operator. The cable is efficiently wound and spooled into place on the cable reeler and the level winder eliminates any "bunching" of the cable.
These energized cable reelers are designed and manufactured to international standards to withstand the requirements of heavy field use.
